Wouldn't accept my application working at Honda through Elwood full time WITH A GUARANTOR FROM MY PARENTS AND 3 MONTHS RENT PAID AHEAD OF TIME. Horrible to work with. Do not recommend. Rented out the apartment to someone else while I waited a week for them to call me back. When I finally called back they wouldn't bother working with me.
Manger is not reasonable at all. I've lived here for over a year and had no problems until they had a mold problem and would not fix it so I had to call the main office to be moved into a new building and ever since then I've been nothing But harassed by management. For False dog complaints (I don't have a dog) even the manager knows that yet I still got my 1st notice for it but I was unaware of it. She informed me dog or not it's still on my record. Being accused of having to many people live here because I have family stay, and friends come over that's my 2nd noticed. Finally I went to talk to her about the issues and she was nothing but rude. Told me not to worry about the letter and play it day by day. And when I told her I just wanted to talk about this because I don't want to loose my home she everytime replied I'm just doing my job. If you were doing your job you would be more reasonable. But other than that her husband the maintenance guy is very reasonable and quick to fix any problems I'm having. Very seeet guy! I'm moving out when my lease is up I'm done being harassed.
