We have never been more disappointed in the final pictures of a professional photo session as we are with Cyndi's work. The pictures look absolutely amateurish and I honestly think we could have taken better ones with our iPhone. Session experience wise too Cyndi was courteous but not at all warm or friendly. She barely talked to our family, didn't ask anyone's name and made us feel rushed even though we still had extra time left. She arrived without all her equipment, missing light and umbrella. Then she left for an hour to go purchase an SD card. She didn't take the time to share the props she brought so we could choose exactly what we would like. She didn't ask any questions about how we wants the pictures to look. Extremely disappointed because we have lost our window to do newborn photos of our daughter and cannot redo them again. Do no recommend her to anyone,
