My husband worked on 3rd shift for Wayne Campbell??? Maybe wrong spelling not sure. He's very pushy, nosy, and has no problem crossing the line with work life into personal life. When my husband took FMLA to help take care of me when I had surgery, Wayne came right out and asked why he thought he needed to take off work... Because shouldn't I be sleeping while my husband is at work??? Well, first off that's my personal Medical Information and absolutely NONE of Wayne's business. Just to please his boss my husband answered all of Wayne's Questions that were none of his business! So, then Mr. SUPERvisor Googled my surgery to get a guess of how long Wayne thought he should be off work. When my husband took more days off, than GOOGLE told Wayne it should be, Wayne continued to gossip, ask everyone if they had heard or seen or talked to my husband since he'd been off, and even made remarks about how worthless my husband was for not coming back in the time frame that GOOGLE suggested! So when hubby did go back to work Wayne continued to harass and make negative comments directly to him about how, He takes his job SERIOUSLY because he's been there so many years and NEVER taken FMLA!!!! Good for you Wayne Campbell or whatever your last name is... BUT, I have been at my place of employment for almost 22 years, been through enough college to obtain a Technical Certification for my current position plus enough credits to apply to Nursing School for my RN License at any time I wish. In all my time in the working world I did learn that Human Resources is put in Companies for a reason, to handle employees personal/medical needs being a TOP priority in their job description, so that employees do not have to air their personal info to lowlife people like you that just want to contradict and degrade everyone, every chance you get!!! Also, as a Supervisor you may want to get off your lazy butt once in a while and do what you can to help your operators out when they need it! Instead of raising your voice and making them look stupid when they come to you with a job related issue for help! It's Employees like you that can ruin an entire shift/Dept./Company because of the horror stories people hear about you! How many people has your shift and Dept lost just in the last 12-18 months because you terminated due them not living up to your expectations IN and OUT of Work! It is such a shame that certain people have such miserable lives that they have to degrade others in order for yourself to look and feel better! I will be praying for you to make enough piece with yourself so that you can at least try to treat your employees more of an equal and not just peons that you can push around for your own enjoyment...
