We just came home from taking friends and family for a great dinner. Third week in a row for us, friendly staff, great owners.
Staff was very friendly, but not irritatingly so. We had the Wednesday buffet, and the fried chicken was definitely the star. There is also a menu available if the buffet isn’t your style. Finished the night with a slice of homemade pie each, Dutch apple, Dutch peach and peanut butter. All got a thumbs up. It isn’t cheap, but prices are very reasonable.
We came up there from Madison and wow !! What a treat, food was excellent and service was small town America friendly. And the pie, omg the pie. We have been there for fish and shrimp night and liver night and the liver was fork cutting tender and just awesome. Father in law said it was the best he ever had.

Some of the best fried chicken you ever put in your mouth... they have a buffet every Friday Saturday and Sunday... Friday and Saturday at 5 p.m.... Sunday at noon.... it's only $11.75 for the buffet.... what a great deal.....
