My first visit with Great Clips, Greensburg IN was very unpleasant. However, I was impressed with my second visit. Bailey, the hair dresser is super friendly and very experienced.
I took my younger brother there to get a haircut, while we were waiting for his turn there were two girls talking to eachother and one of them cussed and used the f word while cutting someones hair. Very unprofessional to use that kind of language infront of costumers especially arounds kids. We went back a few days ago to get my brother another hair cut since it was the only place that wasn’t busy. One girl told me to wait a few minutes for his haircut. A girl came from the back and was told by the girl who greeted us to cut my brothers hair. The other girl rolled her eyes and acted very rude because she was told to do her job. I was very disappointed in her attitude it was also the same girl who used bad language on the first visit. Really bad service.

Really bad experience. I've been going to Great Clips for awhile to get my haircut. Except for a couple of ladies here, I've had bad haircuts every time. I've stayed going for the girls who do a good job but after this last haircut I am not going here ever again. How hard is it to cut sideburns?? Some of these people really don't know what they are doing. At all. Please hire people with experience and who know how to cut hair.
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST STAFF EVER! they are so kind and compassionate! You can always tell that they take so much pride in their work! All the ladies have given me great haircut. And they are un matched in styles for special occasions. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! These girls KNOW what they are doing. I alwayz leave a generous tip bc they absolutely deserve it. Friendly environment. My first time experience was not so well since my hair were cut uneven. But the second time was great and Lindsay did a superb job of understanding of how I wanted my hair cut. The hair cut is also pretty cheap (13$ for men). Overall very pleased. Highly recommend this place!
