I had pawned a guitar in February 2016 and due to financial troubles wasn't able to get it out of pawn until now(February 2017). When I picked up the guitar it's case was filthy and the zippers had rusted off. There was obvious moisture damage and the $100 case was ruined. The owner offered to replace it with a cheaper case that wasn't even close to the same as mine and when I didn't want that one, the owner told me that it was my fault because I left it in pawn to long. I explained to him that it was his responsibility to keep my belongings in good condition and that he had made interest off of me every month that it was in his shop. So my advice is don't ever pawn anything here you plan to get back. If you do get it back asap or the owner will claim it's your fault that your belongings are damaged.
Horrible customer service! Walked in with a Sony Sound bar and a few other things to pawn and before I could even make it to the counter I was told " We only buy gold!" In the rudest way. This is supposed to be a pawn shop not a jewelry store. If you are looking to pawn something other than Jewelry then I recommend somewhere else, unless of course you enjoy being treated with rudeness.
