Awful. Had issues with them years ago, gave them another chance and they blew it. Didn't explain insurance at all and now I'm supposed to pay a deductible to get my phone fixed. Then I get called rude by the store manager for pointing out their mistakes. I HIGHLY recommend no one going here unless you want poor customer service. This store doesn't care about their customers, only your money.
The staff are friendly and helpful...once they get around to helping you. They seem terminally understaffed. I have been in there a few times, and I've never seen more than 2 workers, and usually half a dozen people in the store waiting to talk to someone.

Waiting for 25 minutes to pay my bill is stupid. Especially since I was only second in line.
I think they do a good job, but I'd like to see more people in there helping the customers instead of making us wait 20 to 30 minutes.
I guess they're a "satellite store" of a larger store in Columbus, so they don't always have a lot of the older phones and accessories in stock, but they do have a good selection of all the new stuff...even a few brands and models I wan't familiar with.
Never had an issue with serive or customer services!
The sales persons are energetic and talkative, willing to explore all options for you and the best plan for you.
Had a crappy experience with Verizon themselves but Ferdinando the manager and Jordan salesman, helped my husband and I out with getting new phones as we were passing through there in semi truck. Would give 10 stars for the professional and caring attitudes. Thanks guys!!!!!!!!!
