While 10w-40 Pennzoil was specified for replacement, the receipt shows 5 quarts of 10w-40 Pennzoil with an additional quart of Quaker State 10... something to make the 6 quart replacement volume.
First impressions make or break. For a quick on the fly oil change you get that, but for full service as advertised it falls well short, sorry.

Mediocre at best. 40$ full service was fluid check, tire pressure check, air filter check, and an oil change. Chassis was not greased, front and rear differentials, transfer case, and manual transmission levels were not checked, wipers were not checked/replaced, and all of these items not checked are displayed on a big full service sign on the wall as being included.
Though the receipt shows them all to be checked, there are no tool marks on the transmission, transfer case, or differential(s) inspection plugs, and the chassis upper ball joints are most definitely not sealed as the receipt suggests in the lubrication points checklist summary.
I greased them myself via obvious grease zerk fittings after the fact.
Employees were friendly and cordial so no gripe there, but I do tend to expect to get what's advertised for the price even if it takes a few minutes longer.
